The Embassy of Japan in Algiers offers long-term scholarships for the year 2017-2018 as part of the ABE (Master's and Internship Program of African Business Education Initiative for Youth) initiative.

The program aims to strengthen the human skills required for development through a public partnership.

The general conditions of eligibility are:

• Be between 22 and 39 years old.
• Have a university degree.
• Mastery of the English language.

Applications must be submitted by 20 October 2017.
